SHIPPING.We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours, from our premises.  Please note that for orders of total weight of shopping basket over 2.0KG, please contact us to obtain a quotation for the shipping.

PAYMENT. We accept payment by UK Cheque, Direct Bank Payment, Credit Card and Paypal.

REFUNDS/RETURNS POLICY. We know you will be 100% delighted with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item in its original sealed, resaleable condition for a refund within 14 days of receipt. Refunds, are limited to the price of the item, and do not include postage,shipping,handling costs. It is your responsibility to ensure that the item returns safely to our premises.

EBOOKS/CDs/DVDs. Please note, all CDs and DVDs are high quality and branded. The products are non-returnable due to nature of this product. The designs may be different to  illustrations.
